Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy and how we use your data

This Privacy Policy describes how SoftSolvez ("Company", "we", "us"), operating the 1Social platform at 1social.online, collects, uses, and shares your personal information.

01

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).

Social Media Account Connections

When you connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X), we store encrypted OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens that allow 1Social to post, schedule, and manage content on your connected platforms on your behalf.

Content You Create

We store the content you create through 1Social, including post text, captions, hashtags, scheduled times, and media files (images and videos) you upload to the media library.

Usage Data

We collect data about how you interact with the 1Social dashboard, including feature usage and scheduling patterns.

Analytics Data

We fetch engagement metrics from your connected social media platforms (likes, comments, shares, views) to display in your dashboard.

Billing Information

Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers.

AI Interaction Data

We collect prompts and content you submit to the AI content generation feature in order to provide AI-powered suggestions.

Google User Data & YouTube API Services

Limited Use of Google User Data

1Social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we do not:

  • Use Google user data to serve advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
  • Transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the 1Social application.
  • Use Google user data for determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • Use Google user data to train or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.
  • Allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized and used for internal operations.

YouTube Data

When you connect a YouTube channel to 1Social, we access your YouTube account through the YouTube API Services. By using this feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

1Social requests the following YouTube scopes and accesses only the data they describe:

  • youtube.readonly — your channel list, channel metadata, video metadata for videos posted through 1Social, and public performance metrics (views, likes, comments) for those videos.
  • youtube.upload — permission to upload videos that you explicitly submit through 1Social to your own connected channel.

Revoking Access

You can revoke 1Social's access to your YouTube data at any time by disconnecting the channel from the 1Social Connections page or through your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect, OAuth tokens are deleted immediately and cached YouTube data is purged within 30 days.

06

Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Data

Meta Platform Terms Compliance

When you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram Business or Creator account, 1Social accesses those accounts through the Meta Graph API in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and the Meta Privacy Policy. 1Social is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Data We Access

We request permissions strictly limited to the functionality you use in 1Social:

  • Facebook Pages: list of Pages you manage, Page metadata (name, ID, profile image), permission to publish posts and videos to Pages you select, and engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, reach) for content published through 1Social.
  • Instagram Business / Creator accounts: account metadata (username, ID, profile image), permission to publish feed posts, stories, and reels to the connected account, read comments on content you published through 1Social, and fetch insights (impressions, reach, engagement) for that content.

We do not access private messages, direct messages, friends lists, contact lists, or content you did not post through 1Social. We do not use Meta data to build advertising audiences or profiles outside the 1Social application.

Revoking Access and Deleting Data

You can revoke 1Social's access to your Meta accounts at any time through the 1Social Connections page, via Facebook Business Integrations, or via Instagram Authorized Apps. When you revoke access through Meta, Meta will notify 1Social and we will delete all stored OAuth tokens and cached Meta data associated with the disconnected account. You can also request full deletion of your Meta-derived data by contacting support@1social.online.

07

Data Security

  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being written to the database
  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS
  • Row-level security is enforced at the database level
08

International Data Transfers

1Social uses service providers located in various countries to operate our platform. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. The following services process data in the US: Supabase (database and authentication hosting on AWS infrastructure), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI content generation), Sentry (error tracking and performance monitoring), Stripe (payment processing), and Mailgun (transactional email delivery).

When your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, reliance on adequacy decisions where applicable, and selection of service providers that maintain appropriate security certifications.

09

  • Access your data at any time through your dashboard
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect any social media platform at any time, which immediately revokes our access
  • Export your data upon request
