These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and SoftSolvez ("Company", "we", "us"), operating the 1Social platform at 1social.online. By creating an account or using 1Social, you agree to these Terms.

1Social is a social media management platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts, create and schedule content, manage live streams, run advertising campaigns, and generate AI-powered content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
When you connect social media accounts to 1Social, you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf, including publishing content, scheduling posts, managing live streams, creating ad campaigns, and fetching analytics data. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content through the connected accounts.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through 1Social. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
1Social offers AI-powered content generation features. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content.
You agree not to use 1Social to:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoftSolvez, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: your use of 1Social, content you publish through the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or the terms of service of any connected social media platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
1Social relies on third-party social media platform APIs. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to these platforms. Changes to platform APIs, terms of service, or availability may affect 1Social's functionality. We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
1Social may offer free tiers or free trial periods. Free tier accounts are subject to feature limitations and usage caps as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tier offerings at any time. At the end of a trial period, your account will revert to the free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
1Social is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
When your account is terminated (whether by you or by us), you will immediately lose access to all 1Social features and your connected social media accounts will be disconnected. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy — specifically, all personal data and content will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account termination. We are not obligated to maintain or provide any data after termination. Any outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 1Social, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@1social.online. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may pursue formal resolution in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section below.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 1Social shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoftSolvez regarding your use of 1Social. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and SoftSolvez regarding the subject matter herein.
